WOLF DIGITAL

See what needs
to happen next.

A transaction can depend on a document, an approval or a condition agreed weeks earlier. WOLF DIGITAL brings those details into one workspace, so the state of the transaction is something you can look at.

Try it on
a real decision.

A shipment is in escrow and an inspection report has just arrived. The balance cannot be released until the buyer has accepted it. Open the report, decide, and watch the transaction move. This runs in your browser: nothing is saved anywhere, and no funds move.

This one is yours to drive. The inspection report is waiting on a decision.

The inspection report is with you for review.

What it does,
and what it does not.

What it does

  • Holds the agreed terms of a transaction in one place.
  • Keeps each supporting document against the term it evidences.
  • Records the approvals a condition still needs.
  • Shows the current state and the next step.
  • Gives you and your contact at HAN & WOLF the same view of all of it.

What it does not

  • It does not hold funds or execute payments.
  • It does not release escrow. That is done by the provider of the escrow service, under the escrow agreement.
  • It does not replace the contract. The agreement between the parties governs.
  • It is not sold as a product in its own right. It exists to support the transactions we work on.
A desk with a contract and a laptop, mid review

A transaction is a stack of decisions taken by people. The platform is the record they all read from.

Software, and the person behind it.

The platform shows the state of a transaction. It does not decide anything on its own. Your point of contact reads the same record, prepares what is missing and speaks to the parties who have to act; the regulated provider carries out the financial service itself.

We build it ourselves, which is why it follows the way these transactions actually run rather than a generic workflow. When something in the work changes, the software can change with it.

Access

Access is arranged for the people on your side who need it, as part of setting up the transaction. Your contact will explain what each person will be able to see before anything is opened.

Integrations

We are not publishing an integration list. Where a connection to your own systems is needed, it is discussed for the specific case rather than promised in advance.

Your data

Transaction documents are commercially sensitive, and are treated that way. The detail of how they are stored and who can reach them is set out in writing before you upload anything.

See it against your own transaction.

We will take a transaction of the kind you are working on and show you what would be on the screen at each stage, including what we would need from you to get there.
