Services
What does your next
transaction need?
Availability depends on the transaction, jurisdictions, counterparties and assets involved.
WOLF DIGITAL
A closer view of your transaction.
A payment may depend on a document, an approval or a condition agreed weeks earlier.
WOLF DIGITAL keeps those details connected to the transaction, so you can follow its progress without piecing the story together from separate updates.
We develop the platform in-house. It brings the agreed terms, supporting documents and approvals into one workspace, making it easier to see what is complete and what needs attention.

A transaction in practice
When payment
depends on inspection.
A buyer agrees to purchase a shipment of industrial materials. Part of the payment is due once an inspection confirms the agreed specification.
01Terms

The commercial terms come first.
Specification, quantity, delivery point and the payment structure are agreed between buyer and seller. We work through those requirements with you, and the escrow terms are written against them.
02Condition

The escrow terms define the evidence required.
The parties agree what has to be shown before the balance is released, and who has to approve it. Here that is an inspection confirming the agreed specification.
03Evidence
Release conditionExample transaction
- ConditionInspection confirms the agreed specification
- EvidenceIndependent inspection report
- ApprovalBuyer and supplier on record
- ReleaseCarried out by the escrow provider
The condition, the document and the approval stay together.
WOLF DIGITAL keeps the inspection report against the condition it answers, with the approvals it still needs, so everyone is reading the same transaction. Meanwhile the team coordinates the outstanding steps.
04Release

Funds are released once the requirements are met.
Release follows the escrow agreement, carried out by the provider of that service. The process and the responsibilities are defined for each transaction.
Illustrative example. The process and responsibilities are defined for each transaction.
